What is Life Teen?
Life Teen is the high school youth ministry of Saint Mark the Evangelist Parish. Everything we do is open to all students in grades 9-12 whether you go to our parish, another church, or no church at all! We can't wait to meet you. Check out upcoming events here.

Why Life Teen?At Life Teen we are committed to serving the youth of our parish, their friends, and families. Teenagers can face difficult times in life, so we provide a safe space for them to form life-giving friendships, ask questions, serve others, and most of all build and strengthen their relationship with God. We also want to be there to celebrate the great moments in our teens lives too!
We as a Life Teen ministry are Eucharist-centered, actively inviting youth to live as disciples of Jesus daily, and to fully participate in the life of the Church. We aim to care for the total well-being of every student that comes in contact with the ministry. |
What kind of things do you do?

We're always trying new ways to reach teens in a way that matters to them, like Benedict XVI's words above describe. In everything we do, that is our goal - while having as much fun as humanly possible!

Here are some of the events and activities we offer throughout the year:
- Twice a month Life Nights on Sundays
- Girl and Guy Nights
- Relevant talks and faith discussion, created with teens in mind
- Prayer together and individually
- Stay connected on social media
- Weekend retreats (Fall Retreat, Steubenville)
- Annual mission work
- Summer trips and camps (Frassati Leadership and Camp Lajas)
- Days of service
- Small group gatherings, bible studies
- Leadership opportunities (LEAD, SKY Core Team)
- Core Team attends student events to support teens
